All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our products and limited inventory, all purchases made through Cat Lady are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at cat.ladie.love@gmail.com. Include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the item and packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

If approved, we may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Order Cancellations

Shipping Issues

Cat Lady is not responsible for:
